Membership

Foursun Rewards is a promotional points programme for eligible Electricians, Counter Boys and Retailers. You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile number. To join, you need that verified mobile number, accurate registration details, an active Retailer Code and either Aadhaar number or GSTIN. Foursun may review eligibility and account status.

Your account and Retailer Code

Keep your account information accurate. A Retailer claiming a Retailer Code must use the mobile number to which Foursun issued that code. Electricians and Counter Boys may join the network of an active Retailer Code. A different mobile number creates a separate account; points and history are not automatically transferred or merged. Contact Foursun if your registered details need correction.

QR scans and points

Use Scan coupon in the app to read the QR code on an eligible Foursun coupon. This coupon code is different from the Retailer Code entered at registration. Each coupon can be used once. A successful verified scan credits the point value assigned to that coupon. Invalid, already used or unverified scans do not credit points. Camera, foreground GPS and device checks may be required. The app shows your available balance and activity history. Points may expire under the programme's applicable rules; the final expiry wording requires company approval.

Gifts and requests

Visible, active gifts can be requested when you have enough available points and a complete delivery address. The app shows the point cost before submission. Points are deducted when the request is accepted, and the gift and delivery details at that time are recorded. Foursun can mark a request Requested, Completed or Cancelled. Under the current programme rule, cancellation does not return the points used for that request; this rule requires final company approval.

Programme operation

Points and gifts are promotional benefits. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to another account. Foursun may change future coupon eligibility, gift availability and point costs, or block activity where eligibility fails or misuse is suspected. A change to a gift does not alter the recorded details of an earlier request.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion in the app or through the account-deletion page if you cannot access the app. Foursun reviews the request and any pending gift redemptions before processing. Submitting a request does not immediately close or delete your account.

Once completed, deletion is permanent, remaining points are forfeited, and loyalty history cannot be restored. Some programme, dispute, security or legally necessary records may need to be retained or anonymised. The exact categories, grounds and periods require Foursun Cable India approval before final processing is enabled.
